Let’s build impactful partnerships.

Lacey Abbott is a strategic partnerships advisor and Founder of Kono Agency, a boutique business development agency serving thought leaders, visionaries, philanthropists, charities, and cause-focused brands committed to furthering humanity.
Working at the intersection of philanthropy, media, and global partnerships, she is known for connecting influence with impact — helping philanthropists and mission-driven organizations navigate where to give, how to position their platforms, and how to build meaningful legacy through purposeful collaboration.
“Kono,” a Hawaiian word meaning to invite or to welcome, reflects both Lacey’s roots and the philosophy behind her work. She views business development as the art of opening doors into new worlds — creating thoughtful connections that spark new relationships, ideas, and opportunities. Through Kono Agency, she brings together philanthropists, brands, and cultural leaders in ways that elevate visibility while driving positive impact.
She currently serves as Co-Chair of Funds4Charity, the philanthropic arm of iConnections — the world’s largest capital introduction network — where she works alongside leading investors and philanthropists to identify high-impact organizations and create thoughtful pathways for giving across global health, education, and humanitarian initiatives.
Lacey’s career began under Bruce Orosz at ACT Productions, contributing to major global events including the Orange Bowl Halftime Show and the BCS National Championship.
